Kevin Hofer, MD, achieves ABOS Board Certification

Huron Regional Medical Center (HRMC) is pleased to announce that Kevin Hofer, MD, orthopedic surgeon, has achieved Board Certification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS).
“Dr. Hofer’s board certification reflects the dedication he brings to patient care every day,” said Terry Larsen, MD, general surgeon and chief medical officer for HRMC. “We’re proud to have his expertise on our team and appreciate the high level of care he provides to patients across our region.”
The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) is an independent, non-profit organization that sets standards of education, training, and expertise for orthopedic surgeons. Board certification is a voluntary credential that recognizes a physician’s advanced training, clinical knowledge and commitment to meeting rigorous professional standards in their specialty.
Dr. Hofer provides comprehensive orthopedic care for a wide range of bone, joint and musculoskeletal conditions including robotic assisted hip and knee surgery using Mako robotics.
